How did it all start?
My husband Adiney, of Cuban origin, had no experience in the kitchen but has always loved to eat. When he obtained the American dream his friends instilled in him independence and this led him to prepare his own food. Eventually in his ability to socialize he met Lissette of Dominican origin who has vast experience in the food and beverage industry. This union made Adiney more interested in food preparation and he started working in different restaurants in NYC. His dream came true when he moved to Florida looking for new horizons. The opportunity to have a kitchen to deliver all his knowledge and skills in between. Today they enjoy a delicacy with a Latin (Cuban-Dominican) and North American fusion, where they elaborate and serve it personally to please all palates.
